How Does a Virtual Visit Work?
All you need is a smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera and speaker.
Log into your MyChart account to connect to your provider. If you cannot log in, we will send you a text or email with a link to join the visit.
- Complete a quick guided tech check to ensure that your device, camera, and microphone are ready.
- You will then enter the online waiting room. When your provider is ready, you will receive an incoming call notification. Accept to start your visit!
If you encounter any issues or have been in the waiting room for a long time, reach outto your provider's office for assistance.
