How do I get a card?

• Enroll at capefearvalley.payzen.com/cards
• After entering some basic information, you'll see your limit, monthly amount, and term.
• You'll be able to access your digital card right away, and you'll receive a physical card in the mail in about a week.

How do I use my card?

• Simply pay for healthcare services at a Cape Fear location with your card (either online with your card number or in person with the physical card).
