Selection Criteria

Our goal is to make the application process as transparent and personal as possible. Applications are reviewed holistically, considering each applicant's experiences and attributes alongside academic performance, clinical evaluations, letters of recommendation, and personal statement. We give priority to applicants who signal our program, and we also review applications from those who do not. The interview is an important part of the process, as it is where we learn who someone is and whether the program fits their goals.

Questions about the application process may be directed to Xamagga Whitfield, Program Administrator, at XWhitfield@capefearvalley.com or (910) 615-0203.
