Welcome to Cape Fear Valley Health’s Making Rounds
Making Rounds is a comprehensive health resource that includes both a magazine and a live radio show, each designed to educate and empower our community.
Making Rounds Live
Making Rounds Live is a bimonthly community health and wellness radio program broadcast from WIDU 1600 AM/99.7 FM and streamed live on Cape Fear Valley Health’s Facebook and YouTube channel. Tune in on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month at 11 a.m. to hear from local experts on a variety of topics, ranging from trending health topics to increasing awareness on health information or educating the community on new information.
This live show serves as a resource for the community, providing insights on physical, mental and social health, and how residents can access the care they need. Listeners can call in live or leave comments to engage with our guests and share their own experiences.
If you or a nonprofit organization have topics or resources to share that could benefit our community, please email lgraham@capefearvalley.com. Making Rounds Live guests are not limited to Cape Fear Valley Health professionals.
Together, through Making Rounds Magazine and Making Rounds Live, we’re building a healthier, more informed community.
