FAYETTEVILLE – March 24, 2020 – Like many other health systems nationwide, Cape Fear Valley Health’s supply chain for personal protective equipment (PPE) is feeling the stress of the COVID-19 outbreak.

  • Disinfectant Wipes (Clorox, Lysol, Store Brand, etc)
  • Rubbing Alcohol (70% Isopropyl)
  • Hand Sanitizer (62% alcohol content or higher)

  • Nasal swabs for medical use
  • Disinfectant spray
  • Eye protection – to include safety goggles/glasses
  • Face shields
  • Gloves – disposable
  • Gowns – disposable
  • Shoe covers - disposable
  • Liquid hand soap

Home crafters can also pick up fabric and instructions to make cloth masks at JoAnn Fabrics. If your community or church group is interested in making masks for the health system, please let us know.
