“The Step Up 4 Health & Wellness Expo is a wonderful opportunity to come together to focus on health and wellness while supporting several important patient care areas at Cape Fear Valley Health,” said Arianna Bannerman, development coordinator for Cape Fear Valley Health Foundation. “It is a fun morning intended for all ages. Whether you participate in the walk, take part in Zumba led by our HealthPlex instructors, or visit informational tables in the Wellness Expo, there is something for everyone. The Wellness Expo begins at 10:15 a.m. and will feature Cape Fear Valley Health services, along with local businesses and community partners.

Participants may register individually or as part of a team and select a patient care area to support, including the Blood Donor Center, Friends of the Cancer Center, Community Alternatives Program, Cumberland County Medication Access Program, Children’s Services, Heart Care and nursing education scholarships.
