Family Swim time is a great opportunity for the whole family to spend some time in the lap pool.
Children ages 13 and older must be HealthPlex members or pay the guest fee in order to use the pool. Children under age 13 may use the lap pool if accompanied by a parent or guardian who is a member.
Children may swim in the lap pool when there is not a group exercise class in session. Please check the pool schedule located at the front desk or in the pool area for group exercise times.
Please check in at the Front Desk before proceeding to the pool. We ask that all swimmers take a shower before entering the pool.
Families with children ages 12 and under should use the Family Locker Room, located adjacent to the Front Desk. Please do not bring children into the Men's or Women's Locker Rooms.
If your child is a non-swimmer and wears a flotation device, you must be in the pool within reach of your child. Please ask the lifeguard for an approved floatation device.
