Please park in the designated area as marked on map and arrive early to allow ample time to secure a parking spot.

Important information for your orientation:

  • Please arrive no later than 7:15AM on the first day of orientation and as instructed for the following day(s). Each day will end at approximately 5:00pm.
  • After lunch new hires will either go to their department or be directed to a computer training location for Epic training. Some of the Epic training locations are not on the main campus where orientation is held. Thus, you will need transportation to a satellite location by 1pm.
