Personal Training

Personal Training goes above and beyond the Personal Development Session to provide you with one-on-one or small group instruction to help you meet your fitness goals. Your trainer will be there by your side to help ensure you are using proper technique and to motivate you. As you progress, your trainer will modify your exercise program for optimum results. HealthPlex members use personal trainers for a variety of reasons:

  • Jump start their exercise program

  • Design a new exercise program

  • Lose excess weight

  • Work with an injury that may be slowing them down

  • Help motivate them to accomplish a personal goal

A personal trainer can also help you learn the fundamentals of Pilates or Yoga or help you fine-tune your skills.
