Indoor  Pools

HealthPlex has two pools – a 25-yard Lap Pool and a Warm-Water Therapy Pool. The Lap Pool is used for aquatic group exercise classes, lap swimming, swimming lessons and recreational  swim. One lane in the Lap Pool is always available for lap swimming.

The  Warm Water Therapy Pool is used for physical therapy sessions and warm-water group exercise classes. Members must have a physician order to use the Warm Water Therapy Pool.
