As a HealthPlex member, your friends and family members are welcome to visit the HealthPlex with you. We require that you register your guests (defined as a non-member accompanied by a member) at the Front Desk upon arrival. Your guest(s) must sign a Liability Waiver and pay the appropriate guest fee:
$4.00 per day for children ages 12 and under
$8.00 per day for adults ages 13 and over
All guests ages 16 and older must present identification.
Each guest under the age of 18 years must have a Liability Waiver signed by his/her parent or legal guardian in order to enter the HealthPlex.
In order to better serve our members, guests are limited to four visits per calendar year unless they live more than 30 miles from the facility. In such cases, Management may authorize more frequent use of the facility. Members are limited to two guests per day.
Guests are expected to behave appropriately and refrain from using profanity in the HealthPlex. Unregistered guests found using the facility will be asked to leave. If the guest of a member violates any HealthPlex policies, they will both be asked to leave the facility and the member risks suspension of their membership.
Visitors (defined as a non-member not accompanied by a member) ages 18 and older may visit the HealthPlex. Daily visitor fees are $15 per day for age 13 and over and $10 for ages 12 and under.
