HealthPlex of Cape Fear Valley Health System is Fayetteville's largest, most comprehensive fitness and wellness center.
HealthPlex has two pools - a 25-yard Lap Pool and a Warm-Water Therapy Pool. The Lap Pool is used for aquatic group exercise classes, lap swimming, swimming lessons, family swim and recreational swim. One lane in the Lap Pool is always available for lap swimming.
The Warm Water Therapy Pool is used for physical therapy sessions and warm-water group exercise classes.
