Developing and Managing FTEP Course is intended for supervisors, educators, managers, and executives who want to develop a sound, legally defensible EMS field training and evaluation program (EMS-FTEP) to integrate new employees smoothly and effectively into their agency or strengthen and solidify an existing field training program.
