Fayetteville Ambulatory Surgery Center opened in February 1981, as the first freestanding ambulatory surgical center on the East Coast. Our Recovery Care Center opened in 1991 providing overnight care to those patients needing additional care following their procedures.

Most patients have surgery at the facility and are discharged home the same day. Our center is easily accessible with free parking directly close to the door.
