- Advanced Perinatal Care

U.S. News & World Report Recognition
In the 2025–2026 hospital rankings, Cape Fear Valley Medical Center was named a High Performing Hospital in:
- Abdominal aortic aneurysm repair
- Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)
- Diabetes

- Our Emergency Department ranks among the busiest in North Carolina—and as of 2025 among the top 15 nationwide—while continuing to deliver high-quality emergency care.
Building for the Future
Our partnership with Methodist University to launch a new school of medicine in 2026 will train the next generation of physicians right here on our campus—further advancing our standards of care through evidence-based, academic medicine.
