About Sanford W Hawkins-Rivers, MD

Dr. Sanford Hawkins-Rivers is a fellowship-trained hand and upper extremity surgeon with more than 20 years of medical experience. He specializes in the diagnosis and surgical treatment of hand, wrist, and forearm conditions, including traumatic injuries, nerve compression syndromes, arthritis, and tendon disorders. He earned his medical degree from Michigan State University and completed his general surgery residency at the University of Illinois in Chicago, followed by fellowship training at Baylor College of Medicine.
