Cape Fear Valley Health has opened a new Sleep Clinic at 300 Medical Pavilion Drive, Suite 170, in Raeford, expanding specialized care for patients with sleep disorders.

“We’re proud to expand our services and open a dedicated Sleep Medicine Clinic at our Hoke Campus to meet the growing needs of this vibrant community,” said Savannah Melvin, Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C). “As a Hoke County resident, I’m honored to help bring specialized sleep care to my neighbors. This clinic provides expert treatment in a convenient, local setting.”

The clinic provides evaluation and treatment for insomnia, sleep apnea, narcolepsy, restless leg syndrome, snoring and other sleep-related conditions. It also offers diagnostic sleep studies.

John Bigger, Corporate Director, said the clinic will help address the needs of one of the fastest-growing areas in North Carolina. “Many residents, including our growing military population, suffer from sleep-related issues and we’re here to help,” he said.
