Application Process
Harnett Health Residency Programs accept applications through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). Any information submitted outside of ERAS cannot be accepted. To apply, submit the following documents through ERAS application:
- USMLE Step 1/ COMLEX Level 1 score report
- Medical school transcript
- Personal statement
- 3 or 4 letters of recommendation
- MSPE (Dean’s letter)

Undergraduate Medical Education
To apply for a clinical rotation with Harnett Health, please complete the form below. Please allow at least 30 days for processing before the start of the rotation.
