You’re invited to join Cape Fear Valley Health Foundation for the Step Up 4 Health & Wellness Expo on Saturday, March 28, 2026 at Methodist University! Featuring 4k and 1-mile walking routes through the university campus, survivor lap, Wellness Expo, giveaways, food vendors, music and more...you do not want to miss this annual event! Your support will enhance patient care services through Friends of the Cancer Center, Children’s Services, Heart Care, CAP (Community Alternatives Program), CCMAP (Cumberland County Medication Access Program), the Nursing Education Scholarship and the Blood Donor Center.
Event Timeline:
- 9:00 a.m. - Registration
- 9:30 a.m. - Opening Ceremonies
- 10:00 a.m. - Walk (4k and 1-mile routes)
- 10:15 a.m. - Wellness Expo
Registration Fees: All registrants receive a t-shirt. Be sure to follow Cape Fear Valley Health Foundation on Facebook for special discounted pricing promotions!
- Through 3/14: $30 for adults, $25 for kids
- 3/15-3/28: $35 for adults, $30 for kids
Kids pricing is based on children 12 and under. 3 and under are free.
Sign up 4 or more individuals and take an additional $5 off each registrant fee! Select "Multi-Person Pricing" during sign up.
CFVH Employees can register using payroll deduct. Enter Employee ID when prompted during the registration process and use code "payrolldeduct" at checkout (no other discounts or promotions can be redeemed, this is a one-time deduction and cannot be spread across multiple periods).
