Terri Richardson, PA-C

Terri is a Physician Assistant in Medical Oncology, bringing a uniquely diverse background and a steady, compassionate presence to patient care. Before entering Oncology, she served as a Paramedic Crew Chief and worked as a Hospitalist specializing in inpatient medicine — experiences that shaped her ability to stay calm under pressure, have strong communication skills, and a deep commitment to supporting patients and families through challenging moments.

She is a North Carolina native who earned her undergraduate degree from Wingate University and completed her Physician Assistant Degree at Methodist University. In every role, she strives to blend clinical knowledge with genuine human connection.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, grandkids and dogs, football, the beach, reading and cooking – often found with a new book or recipe close at hand.
