About Regina Bray Brown, MD
Dr. Regina Bray Brown serves as Program Director of the Harnett Health/Campbell University Family Medicine Residency Program and Director of Medical Education for Harnett Health GME, part of the Cape Fear Valley Health System. She earned her medical degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine in 2010 and completed her Family Medicine residency at the VCU-Fairfax Family Medicine Residency Program in 2013, where she served as Administrative Chief Resident. In 2023, she completed a Master’s in Health Professions Education at Campbell University School of Osteopathic Medicine.
Dr. Bray Brown’s professional interests include rural community medicine, faculty development, and assessment. She co-founded the Southeast Faculty Development Hub, part of the ACGME’s Faculty Development Hub Program, and has contributed to regional and national efforts in competency-based medical education.
Outside of medicine, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and doting on her Bernese Mountain dog.
