Mohamed Shakur, MD

Dr. Mohamed Irrfan Shakur is a board-certified Family Medicine physician who earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Lincoln Memorial University after completing his undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences at North Carolina State University. He completed his Family Medicine residency at Southern Regional AHEC in Fayetteville, where he gained broad experience caring for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients in both outpatient and inpatient settings.

Dr. Shakur is passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centered care with a strong focus on preventive health, chronic disease management, and overall wellness. He enjoys getting to know his patients and working together to create practical, individualized plans for better health. Having trained and served in the Fayetteville community, Dr. Shakur is proud to continue caring for individuals and families in the area.
