Jennifer Smith, NP

Dr. Jennifer Smith is a board-certified pediatrician dedicated to providing comprehensive, compassionate care to children and adolescents. She completed her pediatric residency at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, NC, where she also participated in the Charlotte Advocacy Resident Education (CARE) program, developing a strong foundation in public health, legislative advocacy, and community-based care.

Dr. Smith earned her Doctor of Medicine from Wake Forest University School of Medicine and graduated summa cum laude from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering.
