About Elizabeth Onyeaso, MD

Dr. Elizabeth Onyeaso is a board-certified physician in Internal Medicine and Infectious Diseases. She earned her medical degree from the University of Nigeria, completed her Internal Medicine residency at Jersey Shore University Medical Center in New Jersey, and pursued fellowship training in Infectious Diseases at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital.

Since 2013, Dr. Onyeaso has made Fayetteville, North Carolina, her home, where she lives with her family and serves as a dedicated clinician and educator. Passionate about teaching, she plays a vital role in mentoring medical students and residents, helping shape the next generation of physicians.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Onyeaso enjoys traveling and immersing herself in diverse cultures around the world, enriching her life with global insights that inform both her personal and professional journey.
