Claircine Jean-Claude, DNP, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and brings experience across a variety of clinical settings, including senior care, behavioral health, substance use treatment, and medical-surgical nursing.

Dr. Jean-Claude’s experience caring for older adults includes medication administration and treatment, ongoing assessment for changes in health status, emergency care, and coordination of individualized care needs. Her broad clinical background allows her to take a thoughtful, comprehensive approach to supporting the health and well-being of older adults. She is committed to helping patients feel heard, respected, and confident in their care.
