Casi Gilmer, DNP

Casi Gilmer, DNP, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with nearly two decades of advanced practice experience across primary care, hospice and palliative care, urology, wound care, and complex chronic disease management. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Frontier Nursing University and brings extensive experience caring for patients across a variety of clinical settings.

Throughout her career, Casi has been passionate about patient education, mentorship, and treating every patient with the same respect and compassion she would want for her own family. She has served as a preceptor and educator for nursing and advanced practice students and is committed to providing evidence-based, patient-centered care that supports each patient’s individual needs and goals.
