Alyssa Pratt, DPM

Dr Alyssa Pratt is a podiatric physician specializing in sports medicine, diabetic foot care, advanced wound healing, limb salvage, foot infections, and forefoot deformities. She recently completed her podiatric medicine and surgery residency at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center, where she gained extensive training in both surgical and nonsurgical treatment of complex foot and ankle conditions.

Dr. Pratt earned her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from Kent State University College. During her residency, she served as a class representative and was actively involved in research and presentations, including case studies on rare foot tumors and traumatic injuries.

She is board-eligible with the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and holds a North Carolina podiatric license. Dr. Pratt is excited to continue serving the Fayetteville community, where she is committed to helping patients heal, stay active and maintain their quality of life.
