Step Up 4 Health Success
Thanks to the support from our sponsors, participants and donors, we had another successful Step Up 4 Health & Wellness Expo at Methodist University on Saturday, March 28, 2026. Over 1,000 members of our community gathered for the five-year anniversary of the event, while celebrating health, wellness and community. The morning featured 4k and 1-mile walking routes through MU campus and concluded with a Wellness Expo offering health checks, physical fitness assessments, sponsor giveaways and information from local community organizations. Proceeds raised will support multiple patient care areas including the Blood Donor Center, Cancer Care, CAP, CCMAP, Children's Services, Heart Care and the Nursing Education Scholarship.
