Our team focuses on development and education while integrating into other teams to be as involved as possible throughout the patient experience. Pharmacists perform medication reconciliation, screen for antibiotics, counsel patients, and even join doctors and nurses on daily rounds. The opportunities for growth are endless. With both inpatient and outpatient pharmacies, our pharmacists can explore their passions and become experts in their fields while regularly integrating into other teams. We also offer three residency programs that emphasize skill development across a wide range of practice settings. Residents have the opportunity to teach pharmacy students, participate in ongoing scholarly activities, and further develop their knowledge and skill set. We have eight PGY1 residents and one PGY2 resident. Our programs include a PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Program with two tracks - Acute Care and Ambulatory Care, a PGY1 Community Pharmacy Residency, and a PGY2 Internal Medicine Pharmacy Residency.
