Candidate: The ideal candidate for the Supplemental Staffing Team is either an RN or an LPN with at least two years nursing experience. It is a perfect environment for motivated and independent nurses who desire scheduling flexibility, as well as the flexibility of working in different environments with varied patient populations.

They cover Cape Fear Valley promoting patient throughput, assessing staffing patterns and providing overall leadership in partnership with the Patient Care Managers. We are looking for highly motivated nurses with at least 5 years of nursing experience.
Candidates: : Acute Care, Critical Care or Emergency Department experience. The Supervisors are required to have Non-Violent Crisis Intervention certification as well as BCLS. ACLS is preferred.
