Associates Degree or Diploma in HVAC, Plumbing or Industrial Maintenance. Minimum of five (5) yrs related maintenance management experience in a Health Care or Institutional setting or licensed Electrical or Mechanical contractor with verifiable management and supervisory experience. Possess knowledge of Physical Plant equipment, systems, buildings, utility system distribution and management and construction practices. Requires knowledge of applicable JCAHO, OSHA, Federal, State and Local codes and regulations. Must possess a valid NC driver's license. Flexibility required.
