job-site ergonomic analysis assesses which aspects of a
job result in a higher risk of injury. Our physical and
occupational therapists provide an on-site inspection
followed by recommendations for adaptations. Some
recommendations can be implemented at minimal cost. These
changes can lower overall worker's compensation costs.
We offer a program of education and training that can
reduce compensation costs by more than 50 percent. The
program includes work-site analysis, management team
training and employee work-smart training.
This program is designed to meet OSHA
requirements.
