Occupational Health Services - Injury Management
While medical expenditures of on-the-job injury can be significant, the financial strain of paying the individual's wages during recovery accounts for approximately 70 percent of total Worker's Compensation expenses. The thrust of our program is to assist employers in achieving significant cost reductions by expediting the return-to-work process

Our staff will contact the employer within one hour of treatment during business hours, or the next morning if the injury occurred after 6 p.m., to discuss the treatment plan. He or she will coordinate and communicate all services, including scheduling of referrals and follow-u p, until the employee returns to full working capacity.
