With Passport To Health, our goal is to help you stay healthy and fit. But if you should ever need to be hospitalized, you'll enjoy many extra caring touches, such as a personal visit and free gift from our program representative, access to novels, magazines, books on tape and videos through our "At Your Request" program, and discounted meals from "Our Best To You" gourmet menu.
Program members will receive our quarterly Passport to Health newsletter filled with important health information, travel opportunities and a schedule of our upcoming events. Other program benefits include receiving Making Rounds, a quarterly publication to keep you informed on new Cape Fear Valley physicians and programs, and access to our medical library.
You will also receive one month's free membership in the LifeLine® Personal Emergency Response system (special requirements may apply). We can assist you in finding a primary care physician or specialist through CareLink®, our referral and health information service.
