FAYETTEVILLE – Nov. 15, 2019 – Cape Fear Valley Health is postponing its Diabetes Games
this weekend due to predicted inclement weather.
The games were scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 16
at Methodist University to allow diabetic youths from across the state and
beyond to compete in athletic competition. School officials requested the
postponement to protect competitor safety.
Cape Fear Valley Health hopes to reschedule the
games in the spring 2020.
