Phase II of the Health Pavilion Hoke project calls for a new 41-bed, acute-care hospital to be built directly behind the Health Pavilion Hoke outpatient center. The facility will include:
- 16-bed Emergency Department
- 9 Observation beds
- 4 Birthing suites and a dedicated C-section room
- 4-bed Intensive Care Unit
- 2 Operating Rooms
- Inpatient imaging services
Hospital construction is set to begin after Health Pavilion Hoke opens. When complete, both facilities will represent a $100 million investment into Hoke County. The project is expected to create a combined 350 new jobs and lead to rapid commercial growth in the surrounding area.
It will also continue Cape Fear Valley Health's ongoing promise to bring comprehensive healthcare to all residents of southeastern North Carolina.
Hoke County is ready.
