Health Pavilion North Physical & Occupational Therapy Department provides outpatient Physical and Occupational Therapy to patients with the following diagnoses:
• Arthritis
• Joint Disorders
• Musculoskeletal Disorder
• Rotator Cuff Injuries
• Shoulder Impingements
• Spinal Dysfunctions
• Sports Medicine Injuries
• Total Joint Replacements
• Upper Extremity Disorders
Hours of operation:
Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
