Cape Fear Valley Health Foundation hosts three signature events in our community to benefit patients at Cape Fear Valley Health.

The Ribbon Walk and Ride is held in the fall to benefit Friends of the Cancer Center. Proceeds from this walk and motorcycle ride directly benefit patients in need at the Cape Fear Valley Cancer and CyberKnife Center. Monies raised allows Friends of the Cancer Center to provide prescription medication, emergency funding for utilities, dietary supplements, transportation assistance, wigs and complementary medicine to Cancer Center patients.

The Friends of Children Golf Classic is held in the fall to benefit children’s services at Cape Fear Valley Health. Join business and hospital leaders for a day of golf and great fun to support pediatric patients and their families.

The Circle of Friends Gala is a formal black tie dinner and dance held in January. Sponsored by many businesses and medical professionals in our community, the Gala has become known as “the social event” of the community. The sell out event supports all areas of Cape Fear Valley Health.
