Can I receive bill via email or text message instead of paper bill?

A. No. You may however choose to discontinue your paper bill. You will receive a notification email for a new bill but you will need to sign into the Customer Console site to view it.

How long will it take for payment transaction to go through?

A. All payments will be processed through the site when you complete the transaction. The time that it takes to be debited from your bank will depend on your bank.

I made a payment on line but did not receive a confirmation number. Who do I contact?
