Evening Prepared Childbirth Classes for 2007

Prepare for your special delivery! You and your birthing partner will learn breathing and relaxation techniques, drugs used during labor and delivery, and postpartum care. Cost is $30 per couple, and pre-registration is required. Apply early, as space is limited. 

 All classes meet from 6 to 9 p.m for a series of three classes. These classes are held downtown at the Medical Arts Building, 101 Robeson St. Room 102.

8-Hour  Fast-Track Course*

We  now offer one-day classes!  You get all of the information from the three-week  classes in one eight hour day!  Cost is $30 per couple and pre-registration  is required. Apply early, as space is limited. All classes meet  from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. on the following Saturdays. These classes are held downtown at the Medical Arts Building, 101 Robeson St. Room 102.

 Tour our home-like LDR suites and you’ll see the comfort and security The Family Birth Center provides for you. In The Family Birth Center you’ll stay in one spacious suite during labor and delivery and initial recovery.  Our FREE tours are offered at 6:15 p.m. on the following dates:

Breastfeeding Classes

Breastfeeding is not only convenient; it also has health benefits for both mother and child. This class covers all basics, including practical solutions to common problems, and get you prepared to begin breastfeeding. Fathers are welcome to attend this FREE class. Classes meet from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
