The Training and Development
Department also offers many clinical and management classes at no
cost to employees. Clinical classes include ACLS, PALS, CPR and
other classes. Many classes for professional development are also
offered online for the employee’s convenience.
An on-site MBA program with
a concentration in healthcare management is offered through a
partnership between Fayetteville State University and Cape Fear
Valley Health System. It is offered at a very reasonable cost. A

like to continue their education.
