Highsmith-Rainey New Float Pool now available with a very competitive, accelerated rate of pay. Available for RNs and LPNs. You must work a minimum of 24 hours per calendar month to remain in the pool. The pool consists of two tracks: the LTACH Specialty Pool and the Ambulatory Pool. The Specialty Pool is paid a slightly higher rate than the ambulatory pool.
