Well established Hospital based group seeking additional providers for a full service Geriatrics program with inpatient, outpatient and nursing home experience. This is a primary care Geriatrics approach.

Current staff includes 3 BE/BC, 3 PA’s and a dedicated support staff. Call rotation is with the group 1:4 weekdays and weekends. PA handles first call contact. Provider volumes average 12-18 patients per day. Office hours are Monday thru Friday. (8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.)

Hospital employed position with competitive salary, bonus, and benefit package. Package includes annual CME leave with an allowance, Accrued Paid Time Off, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and other desirable benefits. Member of National Health Service Corps -assists with loan repayment.
