High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associates Degree preferred in Business or equivalent. Clerical experience in a medical setting and proficiency in word and excel preferred. Must writes, reads and speaks fluent English. Must be able to enter data accurately using Health Systems computer programs and have knowledge of Medical Terminology. Should be flexible, dependable, able to multi-task, and possess excellent public relation skills.
